Is there an English language radio station available in Bulgaria? If so, what is the frequency, please? |

If you want to listen at home then http://www.internetradiouk.com on your PC will do the trick but for a car radio I don't know of any (unless you have one of these new fangled car internet thingeys. _________________ Tout le monde me rend heureux, certains quand ils arrivent, d\'autres quand ils partent. |

I was a wireless addict for MANY years, although strictly Radio 4 (no idea why they stopped calling it the Home Service ) There was a set in every room, so we didn't miss even a moment of an interesting talk - or the latest episode of The Archers. However, when I lived in France the addiction started to wear off, as the World Service was a very poor substitute, and on my return to London I was disappointed at how dumbed-down in general Auntie had become - and The Archers' scripts were now clearly written by social workers and recorded at the local job centre. These days, on my rare trips to the UK I don't even bother turning the radio on and have no TV in the house - sheer bliss!
Now I occasionally listen to the BG stations in the car (always useful to keep the language skills topped up) if I want some "entertainment" but reception is usually very patchy when driving in the mountains (same goes for mobiles) and anyway the stations seem to have pretty limited range; most of them are also just as dumbed-down as their UK equivalents. If I want some muzak the jolly old iPad has hundreds of albums, no idiotic "DJ" who can't get a real job - and I know I'm going to like what I hear! _________________ Passer sa vie à lutter contre la connerie est le meilleur procédé pour mourir épuisé |

I already use the computer to get BBC. I have a radio receiver in my music centre and thought I would tune it into a radio station. |
